Student Worker for Reception & Office Support

Lynx is looking for 1–2 service-minded students who want to work part-time (2–3 days/week) in our reception and help keep our office running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to a tidy and well-functioning workplace.
About the position
As a student worker in our reception, you will be the face of Lynx towards visitors and employees. You will help represent Lynx to ensure our office environment remains welcoming and well-functioning. You will work closely with our Office Manager and support both reception duties and general office operations.
Your responsibilities will include
- Greet visitors, suppliers and colleagues and ensure a professional and friendly reception experience
- Ensure all visitor check-in procedures are followed and handling incoming calls and general inquiries
- Keep reception, meeting rooms, our gym and common areas tidy and presentable
- Support with administrative tasks such as handling incoming mail and packages and ordering office supplies
- Handle daily lunches, including receiving and setting up meals and unpack and organize food deliveries and ensure that the kitchen remain tidy and well-stocked
- Assist with office-related duties as needed
This is a part-time, on-site position at our Stockholm office, which means that residing in the Stockholm area is required. We would like you to be available to work 3-4 hours a day, 2–3 days per week during lunchtime hours, schedule can be adapted to your studies.
You are
- Outgoing, helpful, and professional in your interactions
- Organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy maintaining order
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Comfortable communicating in both English and Swedish
- A student with at least one year left of your studies
Experience in service, reception, or administrative work is an advantage but not a requirement.
