Who we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated and structured student with strong attention to detail to join our Fund Operations team. The team currently consists of four colleagues who work closely together to manage the administration of our funds and accounts.

In this role, your main tasks will include:

• Portfolio valuation and NAV calculations
• Position and transaction reconciliations
• Internal and external reporting
• Communication with business counterparties

This is a part-time, on-site position at our Stockholm office, which means that residing in the Stockholm area is required. We would like you to be available to work 2–3 days per week during daytime hours, and to start training as soon as possible.

About the position
This position is a parental leave cover, with a possibility of extension.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program in business administration, economics, engineering, or a similar field
• Interest in financial instruments and processes
• Meticulous, collaborative, and independent work style
• Programming skills are an advantage but not required
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required
