ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an entry-level position equally split between the Trading and Cash Management teams. The position provides broad exposure to two core functions within Lynx and offers the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of both trading and cash management in a systematic investment environment.
Within Trading, you will work with monitoring and supporting trade execution across global markets. The role includes overseeing trading activity, handling markets that require manual execution, and contributing to the ongoing development of our trading infrastructure and processes. Your primary focus will be on the European and American markets.
Within Cash Management, you will help manage and monitor the fund liquidity and capital usage. This includes supporting the allocation of excess cash, tracking exposures and funding needs, and contributing to processes that ensure capital is used efficiently while maintaining strong operational and regulatory standards.
The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across the organization and offers exposure to both operational and market-facing aspects of a systematic asset manager.
WHO WE LOOK FOR
You are a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in financial markets. You are detail-oriented, structured, and able to work both collaboratively and independently. You are either graduating in Spring 2026, a recent graduate, or have up to two years of relevant professional experience. You hold a master’s degree in finance, mathematics, engineering, economics, or a related field. Programming skills are required, preferably in Python.
